- Use custom domains for branded links
- Track file delivery analytics
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, store, or distribute illegal content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Host content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
- Store or distribute adult content without proper access controls
- Engage in activities that could harm the Service or other users

You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and distribute the content you store on our Service.
6. Pricing and Payment
Storageflow offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Provide valid payment information
- Accept automatic renewal unless canceled

7. Usage Limits
Each plan includes specific limits for storage, file size, and deliveries. If you exceed your plan limits:
- We will notify you before you reach your limit
- Your files will continue to work (we won't cut you off)
- You may be asked to upgrade to a higher plan
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by:
- Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
- Factors outside our control (natural disasters, internet outages)
- Third-party service providers
- Your own actions or equipment
9. Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your billing period
- You have 7 days after cancellation to download your files
- After 7 days, your files will be permanently deleted
- We are not responsible for any data loss after this period
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storageflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data or content
- Business interruption
- Any damages arising from your use of the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storageflow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload to the Service
12. Intellectual Property
The Storageflow name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Storageflow. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
